Role Overview
Profile: The role of the Brunello Cucinelli Assistant Store Manager is fundamental in providing support to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include helping run the Boutique, being a guide to the in‑store team and acting as a reference point for customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team by example and ensure the proper management of the store.
* Cultivate relationships with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor, delivering a unique service that aligns with the brand philosophy, corporate image and communication/CRM guidelines.
* Communicate clearly, correctly and courteously in the mother tongue and other foreign languages, actively listening and paying attention to establish mutual trust with clients and colleagues.
* Guide sales operations and make sure that customer service and the selling ceremony comply with company guidelines, aiming to provide each customer with a special experience.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to set specific, actionable goals based on established KPIs, promoting the achievement of assigned targets derived from store targets and set‑up goals.
* Support the Store Manager in organising events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, increase loyalty and propose new CRM actions.
* Ensure that high standards are maintained through the correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in‑store on a regular basis.
* Enrich the boutique’s presence by interpreting the Brunello Cucinelli style, ensuring a continuous update on products and new collections for the team and for self‑development.
* Guide the team in maximizing sales and performance, reporting any missed opportunities to management to allow corrective actions.
* Provide feedback to the team, ensuring continuous improvement and that each member receives ongoing guidance.
* Safeguard and promote respect and collaboration among colleagues, mediating any quarrels that may arise with group coaching or one‑to‑one meetings.
* Cooperate with the stock department, providing support during inventories.
* Ensure that retail operation procedures and HQ guidelines are respected.
* Maintain direct contact with headquarters.
* Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company (e.g., Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM).
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in managerial roles at a luxury retail brand.
* Solid understanding of the product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector.
* Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
* High flexibility, strong people‑management skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Fluency in English and German is required; knowledge of another language will be considered a plus.
