Sales and Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for sustaining and growing relationships with key strategic customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to close and negotiate deals meeting the objectives of both ourselves and the customer. You will own renewals of contracts for existing clients and any new opportunities, while coordinating the support, service, and management resources needed to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining productive, professional relationships with assigned accounts, widening and deepening our relationship with owned accounts, and providing national account support and coaching to sellers across our regions.
You will also identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with business development, project management, operations, and marketing teams.

About the Role
This is a mid-senior level full-time role in sales and business development. The salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
* Minimum 2 years direct selling into corporate relationships
* Minimum 5 years' experience in account management (preferably in the dock and door industry)
* Strong relationship building and maintenance skills
* In-depth knowledge of contracts and organizational upselling to corporations
* Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Salesforce
