Senior Sales Operations Manager
AWS is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their Global Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role combines hands‑on analytics with operational excellence, using data analysis and modeling to support Sales Leaders and their teams. You will maintain business health and drive data‑informed decisions.
This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources, delivering monthly reports and specialized business analyses that directly impact decision‑making processes.

Key Job Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Insights
o Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights
o Design and deliver both regular and on‑demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements
* Strategic Planning & Reporting
o Maintain monthly health of the business models
o Create and manage various financial modeling projects
o Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms
* Metrics & Performance Management
o Monitor and evaluate existing performance metrics
o Identify opportunities for new metrics development
o Transform complex data into actionable recommendations
* Business Intelligence
o Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions
o Provide data‑driven recommendations through detailed analysis
o Create customized reports to address specific business needs
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
* Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
* Experience presenting to senior leadership
