This internship offers you hands‑on experience in cross‑functional projects and change initiatives within an international high‑tech environment. From day one, you will actively contribute to project planning, coordination, and execution, gaining insights into how strategic initiatives are implemented across an international organization.

Start date by mutual agreement. Internship duration planned until the end of September 2026, with flexibility subject to individual agreement.
What You Will Do
Support project planning and execution by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and monitoring progress
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross‑functional communication, ensuring follow‑ups and action items are completed
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information
Assist with analysis, reporting, and administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery
Support change management tasks, such as drafting communication materials, organizing workshops and meetings, tracking deliverables, and supporting stakeholder engagement
What You Bring
Completed vocational training, commercial apprenticeship or currently pursuing a university degree in business, project management, or related discipline
Basic understanding of project management principles and strong organizational skills
Structured, proactive working style with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with good communication skills for drafting, reviewing, and stakeholder interactions; fluency in German is highly welcomed
Confident handling of MS Office and collaboration tools
