Responsibilities
* Maintain and support Windows workstations, including user management and software deployment with PowerShell ADT.
* Evaluate hardware needs and manage inventory, as well as support VoIP systems and virtual desktops (VMware Horizon).
* Prioritize security updates, workstation installations, and participate in rollout projects.
Requirements
* Completed education in computer science with relevant professional experience.
* Exemplary knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft cloud technologies, along with common management tools.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical thinking are essential.
* Excellent English language skills and mobility within Switzerland are also required.
