Position: Green Coffee Trader Location: Zug (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria) We are looking for a senior green coffee trader to strengthen our European operations, with a strong focus on the German-speaking market. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, quality-driven, and deeply connected within the green coffee community. Main Responsibilities: Manage and grow your own green coffee trading book (P&L responsibility). Source premium coffees and oversee spot inventory management. Develop lasting relationships with roasters and partners across Europe. Work closely with origin teams to ensure product quality and traceability. Drive business development and identify new sales opportunities. Contribute to coffee selection and attend trade events across Europe. Profile: Minimum 7 years of green coffee trading experience with an active book. Strong sales and relationship-building skills. Deep market knowledge, especially in Europe. Collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly valued. Passionate about coffee quality and sustainability.
