Vision and RoleAt Parashift, we are committed to "drinking our own champagne". We automate our own business wherever possible. We are seeking a Growth Architect who builds a high-output marketing machine using AI agents and automation. Parashift already has strong market presence and inbound performance. Your mission is to engineer our existing strengths to the absolute maximum and scale the company across Europe.
What you will do at Parashift
The AI Content Architect: Manage a high-volume content engine (targeting 5 high-impact blog posts per week). You will be a strong writer who crafts narrative but will rely on AI-driven pipelines to produce expert-level content at scale.
You do not merely produce content but tell a story: use AI to handle volume while maintaining a compelling, professional narrative that positions Parashift as the category leader in AI document automation.
Guardian of Quality vs. Slop: filter and ensure every piece of content is sharp, professional, and adds real value.
Scale the Inbound Engine: over-engineer inbound channels, own SEO and GEO strategy to dominate the AI document automation conversation.
Event Strategy & Logistics: plan and organize Parashift presence at major European trade shows; marketing leading strategy, planning and execution (sales handles booth).
Sales Weaponry: define the Marketing Minimum Requirements for the company; ensure sales materials and outbound campaigns meet high standards for visual conception and storytelling.
Lead the Expansion: scale reach by hiring and leading the team required to advance Parashift.
What You Bring to the Table
Ambition & Grit: A climate of motivation, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to learn how to scale a company.
The Automation Mindset: Preference for AI-driven efficiency; willingness to leverage AI to 10x output.
Exceptional Taste: Ability to take raw AI outputs and polish them into high-quality content.
Technical & Organized: Able to manage complex event logistics and content calendars; comfortable with technical SEO and CMS operations. Backend familiarity encouraged, but not required.
Languages: Native German and Fluent English are mandatory. French is highly beneficial.
Presence: Minimum 50% office attendance in Sissach; 100% is preferred for fast development.
