BPIPECARE Group /bis one of the leading in-line inspection companies worldwide with over 20 years of experience providing in-line inspection is looking for an experienced bTechnical Sales Engineer /b to join our team in bZug, Switzerland /b.br/The ideal candidate must be able to provide innovative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations, while having a strong customer focus and outstanding sales skills.br/br/bKey Responsibilities Authorities /bliDocument all associated inquiries received from clients. /liliEnsure that all new inquiries are assigned to proper project number. /liliObtain approval to bid or decline. /liliPrepare cost estimate and propose a price for the project. /liliPrepare technical proposals and submit to territory director. /liliPrepare bid bond requirements. /liliCoordinate with other departments within PIPECARE during the bidding or prequalification stage associated with mobilization and demobilization is properly identified and understood. /liliCoordinate with Finance department to prepare and develop the cost estimate for the project. /liliRequest Operations to conduct the site survey if appropriate. /liliUpdate customer information and Corporate EMS: create enquiries timely; follow the sales flow chart while bidding for a job; transfer the project timely after PIPECARE confirms the order to the client; updating the forecast by the end of each month; update the status of project regularly. /liliPrepare cost estimate report. /liliProvide all relevant or requested reports to VP and/or country manage and sales manager. /liliSubmit the daily, weekly and monthly reports to territory VP and sales manager. /liliEnsure all the related communications associated with the new inquires is communicated to the territory Vice President/country manager. /liliEnsure that all the tender documents are properly read and understood for the client requirements or the scope of service. /liliEnsure all the possible risks associated with the scope of work is covered and submitted to the technical sales manager for their review. /liliEnsure all the inquiries are responded on timely basis. /liliEnsure that complete bids are submitted on time or before the target due date. /liliEnsure the project transfers are carried out within 2 days of the receipt of confirmation from clients. /liliAchieve the agreed sales targets. /liliMaintain good relationship with customers. /libr/bSkills/Experience: /bliBS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience/exposure with sound commercial skills. /liliFurther qualifications or extended course experience in commercial activities. /liliFull professional proficiency in English is a must. /liliGood communication and presentation skills. /liliWell known about Microsoft office programs, CRM, ERP are an advantage. /liliSolid technical knowledge of ILI products and applicable industry standards. /liliExperience within the Oil and Gas sector (preferably) or service project-based companies. /libr/ pbPhysical and Mental Requirements: /b /p liLifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. /li liMobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells. /li liCommunication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively. /li liFocus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively. /li liSafety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments. /li liPersonal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary. /li pbAbout PIPECARE Group: /b /p pPIPECARE Group offers comprehensive In-Line Inspection Services to identify and size pipeline threats, Utilizing advanced technologies such as Magnetic Flux Leakage, Transverse Field Inspection, Ultrasound, and specialized tools, PIPECARE ensures precise detection and assessment of various pipeline anomalies. /p pbWhat we do: /b /p pbIn-Line Inspection Services /b /p pPIPECARE provides In-Line Inspection Services to locate, identify, and size threats, supporting integrity management requirements. /p pbInspection Technologies /b /p pMagnetic Flux Leakage (MFL): Detects and sizes general corrosion and metal loss anomalies, especially circumferentially oriented. /p pTransverse Field Inspection (TFI): Detects and sizes general corrosion and metal loss anomalies, primarily axially oriented. /p pUltrasound (UT): Detects and sizes general and other metal loss anomalies with high depth sizing accuracy. /p pUltrasonic Crack Detection: Detects and sizes cracks and colonies of cracks. /p pCaliper (Geometry): Detects and sizes deviations in the ideal circular shape of a pipeline (dents, ovalities, wrinkles, etc.). /p pbSpecialized Tools and Technologies /b /p pCombo Tools: Use multiple measurement systems in various combinations. /p pSpecialized Tubing Technologies: Designed for Furnace and Downhole Operations. /p pEqual Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. /p
