The role is about coordinating and checking financial inputs with regards to LO Group main revenues and costs, to ensure a comprehensive monthly financial and analytical reporting. Besides, we seek at re-engineering our financial controlling approach through deeper IT automation.YOUR ROLEProduce monthly variance analysis of LO Group P&L, and related documentationTake the lead in enhancing the Group financial controlling through the development ofmonitoring tools/dashboards.Prepare analytical entries for processes not yet automatedCoordinate financial reporting with the business lines budget controllersPlay a key role in the budget and forecasts process.YOUR PROFILE5+ years of experience in a similar role in the banking industryGenuine interest for financial controlling and accounting rules.Knowledge of private banking business models, including interest margins, fees and commissions. Good technical skills, including an excellent expertise of Microsoft office (Excel); knowledge of SAP and Tableau would be a plus;Strong attention to detail, precision and analytical skills;Curious, flexible, open minded, solutions oriented;Team player with good communication skills;Fluent, both written and orally, in English and French;Residence in SwitzerlandOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
