Traveller Made is an international network that brings together very high-end travel agencies and partners such as luxury hotels and lodges, "Destination Management Companies", brokers, and tourist offices under two umbrella brands: Serandipians and Takumians.
The company was created in 2013. The network has successfully grown to become one of the key players in luxury travel worldwide. Traveller Made now has 650 luxury tailor-made travel agencies, affiliates in more than 70 countries, and over 1,500 partners worldwide. The network develops and new partnerships emerge every week.
The group’s teams are driven by a common passion: to be the reference for tailor-made luxury travel.
The Partnerships team is in charge of recruiting new Partners in luxury, as well as maintaining and improving the animation and engagement of the existing network in order to foster long term, mutually beneficial relationships.
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team.
The role will report to a Senior Partnerships Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Identify, qualify and onboard prospects in the designated geographical area
* Familiarize him/herself with the existing Partners in the designated geographical area, and nurture the ongoing partnerships
* Perform business reviews and conduct renewals of existing partnerships
* Work closely with the other Partnerships Managers according to the company’s best practices
* Support the Events and Communication teams
* Maintain an accurate database in Salesforce
* Occasionally attend industry trade events and familiarization trips
Skills and Experience :
* Perfect command of English, both spoken and written. French is a plus
* Perfect command of MS Office
* Understanding of the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
* Very good negotiation and solution finding skills
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

* Team player yet autonomous in his /her daily tasks
* Ability to work on both short and medium-term objectives
* Ability to manage the own workload while ensuring support to other members of the teams or specific tasks received
* Good ability to relate with partners and stakeholders over the phone and by email, as well as in meetings
* Attention to detail, rigorousness
* Proactive attitude
The position is based in Switzerland (hybrid, on-site + home office), therefore you must either be a Swiss National or have a Swiss Residence permit.
Travel is expected occasionally to Paris and more internationally for certain events.
