Job Description
Defining how AI and finance work together – securely, intelligently, and at scale. We at Unique AI are building a highly secure generative AI platform tailored for the financial sector. Utilizing AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and our proprietary Context Graph technology, we aim to revolutionize the financial industry with an AI‑automated workforce. Our mission is to increase efficiency, improve alpha, reduce risk, and elevate quality across everything our clients do. We offer an inclusive environment and encourage all genders and neuro‑diverse individuals to apply.
We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives on taking ambitious, ambiguous problems from discovery to launch, specifically within the complex domain of Wealth Management KYC (Know Your Customer) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM). You will have a strong product sense, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of driving alignment across engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to ship products that major financial institutions trust and love.
You will own a core, high‑stakes area of our AI platform end‑to‑end: discovering user and customer problems, shaping the strategy and roadmap for our KYC and CLM agents, and following through to adoption. Your work will help clients automate complex entity resolution, streamline onboarding, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and seamlessly manage the entire client lifecycle – all while strictly adhering to data privacy and banking secrecy laws.
Job Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years of product management, ideally shipping products in RegTech, Wealth Management, FinTech, or B2B Enterprise SaaS.
* Modern Product Methodology: Experience with or strong intuition for “Google‑style” product management – deeply user‑centric, rigorously metrics‑focused, research‑driven, and adept at running lightweight experiments to validate hypotheses before scaling.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across engineering, design, data science, and go‑to‑market teams, acting as the connective tissue that brings complex, multi‑stakeholder products to market successfully.
* Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of CLM, digital onboarding workflows, CRM integrations, and Wealth Management compliance (KYC, AML, Source of Wealth, Ultimate Beneficial Owner structures).
* AI/Technical Fluency: Experience working with AI/ML, data‑heavy products, or complex integrations. You don’t need to code, but you must understand how LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs function at an enterprise level.
* Strong Product Sense: You can turn fuzzy operational and compliance problems into crisp opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and articulate the “why” behind every decision to both technical teams and bank executives.
* Security‑First Mindset: Proven experience building or managing products in highly regulated, high‑security environments.
* Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong plus.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Law/Compliance.
Job Responsibilities
* Discover and Solve User Problems: Deeply understand the operational bottlenecks, compliance challenges, and daily pain points of our Wealth Management clients – from initial client research to seamless onboarding. Build products such as the Client Research Agent, Client Onboarding Agent, SoW Narrative Agent, and Account Review Agent that directly solve these needs.
* Own the Product Lifecycle: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our KYC and CLM products, ensuring that every feature is rooted in validated user needs and delivers measurable business value.
* Frictionless Onboarding & Servicing: Transform the often painful, fragmented wealth management onboarding process. Build agentic workflows that pre‑fill questionnaires, flag missing documents, and reduce client abandonment rates, accelerating time‑to‑revenue for our banking partners.
* Solve the “Detective Challenge”: Work with engineering to leverage our Context Graph, MCP Hub, and Agent Harnesses to automate the chronological reconstruction of client wealth events, identify “unexplained wealth” nodes, and resolve complex cross‑border corporate structures for rapid SoW verification.
* Champion Security & Data Privacy: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for trust. Ensure all KYC/CLM products adhere to defense‑in‑depth security, utilizing automated masking layers (DLP) and differential privacy abstractions to protect Client Identifying Data (CID) and PII.
* Drive the KYC Community Network: Collaborate closely with our “KYC Exchange” consortium of 13+ global Tier‑1 banks to deeply understand user needs, track emerging industry trends, and showcase our solutions and capabilities.
* Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and GTM teams to translate complex AML regulations and holistic lifecycle business needs into clear specs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
* B2B Data‑Informed Iteration: Intelligently define and track success and product health metrics tailored for highly secure, restricted enterprise environments. Use smart proxy metrics – such as Agent/API utilization rates, aggregate workflow completion rates, and structured qualitative feedback from banker steering committees – to validate hypotheses and drive continuous iteration.
Job Benefits
* Leading Company: A chance to be part of a leading company in a rapidly evolving industry.
* Innovative & Impactful Projects: Engage in groundbreaking projects within the Generative AI space. Help build the Context Graph foundation that enables financial institutions to operationalize AI safely.
* Culture: A modern company with flat hierarchies that focuses on a people‑oriented culture and places great emphasis on transparency and open communication.
* Hybrid Setup: Based in Zurich with flexibility for remote days.
* Security‑First Culture: Develop systems trusted by leading global financial institutions, adhering to SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and EU AI Act standards.
* Global Team: Collaborate with our offices in Switzerland, London, Berlin, New York, and Singapore.
