We are a young publicly listed Swiss company in the dynamic telecommunications industry, which has developed from a start-up in 1999 to the Swiss market leader with more than 650 employees. The mobilezone holding ag includes the subsidiaries in Switzerland, mobilezone ag, mobilezone business, mobilezone reload ag and Digital Republic AG. The business customer division consists of the back office department based in Urnäsch AR, the key account management which looks after the major customers, as well as regional teams of account managers who take care of the SME customers on the move. In the business customer division, we accompany companies throughout the entire device lifecycle - from procurement to sustainable recycling and take-back of mobile devices. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and sales-strong personality as Account Manager Buyback B2B (m/f) 100% Your main tasks in this varied position include: * Building and developing business customers in the area of device buyback and lifecycle services * Active acquisition of corporate customers for the buyback of smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices * Advising major customers on sustainable device and circular economy solutions * Identifying buyback potentials with existing and new business customers * Building long-term customer relationships with a focus on recurring take-back programmes * Creating and following up on offers in cooperation with the back office * Close collaboration with internal sales, operations and refurbishment teams as well as external partners * Market observation and active shaping of the circular economy area within mobilezone B2B For this versatile role, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded personality with a passion for active sales and sustainable solutions. You enthusiastically win new customers and enjoy developing new business areas. Thanks to your confident manner and negotiation skills, you convince business customers on an equal footing. As an independent and proactive team player, you drive topics forward responsibly and are enthusiastic about technology, sustainability and the circular economy. Experience in field sales, business development or sales of services - ideally in telecommunications, IT hardware, remarketing or refurbishment - is a prerequisite for the job. Good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage, confident use of the Office suite as well as a category B driving licence complete your profile.
