Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers, managing requests from initiation to resolution with tracking and follow-up
* Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing queries promptly and striving to exceed expectations
* Maintain a thorough understanding of business operations and key contacts to provide relevant support and advice
* Assist with HR calendar events such as performance reviews, bonus evaluations, and other HR initiatives
* Utilize multiple HR and payroll systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve processes; recommend new HR technology solutions for operational enhancements.
* Monitor and report on key HR service metrics to ensure quality standards are met
* Initiate and support changes within HR systems according to established processes
* Offer proactive guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers on HR procedures and best practices
* Contribute to local HR projects and initiatives impacting employee services
* Maintain awareness of the roles and responsibilities of other HR teams and functions
* Stay updated on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
* Promote the use of case management tools within HR, acting as a subject matter expert
* Work within defined SLAs, always aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Provide guidance on a broad range of HR processes and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
* Perform additional duties to support HR operations and continuous improvement
