Your daily work
* Innovate & execute: Design, plan, and implement the most innovative digital banking solutions that will shape the future of banks and Fintechs, using agile project management methods like SAFe and Design Thinking.
* Learn & develop: Enhance your expertise in payments, credit, core banking, retail, corporate, or private banking by learning from our industry experts.
* Lead & manage: Grow and take on leadership roles and end-to-end responsibilities for projects, internal and external teams, or develop strategic client sales proposals.
* Connect & exchange: Leverage our unique team of experts by connecting to other Accenture teams, ranging from technology to marketing, to bring the best value to our clients.
Qualifications
* Educational background: Master’s degree in economics, business administration, computer science or engineering.
* Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in banking, financial services, or consulting within the financial sector, as well as project experience and team leadership, particularly with international exposure, is a plus.
* Language skills: Fluency in both German and English, additional languages of advantage.
* Additional requirements: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, affinity for technology, readiness to travel.
