Among your Activities :
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure mutual growth
* Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service
* Identify and offer technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs
* Drive revenue growth and maximize opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide regular reporting and communication with stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and competition
Your Profile:
* A Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering, life sciences, business, or similar)
* 5+ years of experience in key account/sales management in instrumentation/industrial markets (water, food, pharma, or similar)
* Strong technical understanding of monitoring systems and customer operations
* Proven track record of managing large accounts, growing revenue, and building customer loyalty
* Excellent negotiation skills and strategic thinking
* Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
* Willingness to travel
