You will join the Business Computing Group (BC), where 80+ talented international colleagues are responsible for delivering information systems for all of CERN's business functions.
The product management driven group works for clients across the organisation (HR, Finance, Planning, Safety, Security, Purchasing, Logistics, and Accelerator Operations). The products range from custom-made solutions for a few users to large, widely integrated systems with over 15,000 users. Functions
As a Business Analyst, you will liaise between agile teams, product managers, business partners, and users to understand demands and advise on solutions. This transversal role includes activities in three main areas: solution, strategy, and relationship management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading business analysis efforts to support strategic objectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements.
Analyzing business processes and systems for improvements.
Developing and maintaining business process documentation, including process flows and user requirements.
Providing strategic guidance to senior management.
Guiding cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements.
Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
Supporting team activities such as coordinating BA/UX practices and coaching team members.
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience in business analysis, business processes, product management, and coaching in agile environments. Familiarity with UX principles and ERP systems in Finance and HR domains is advantageous.

Employment Conditions
