In this multi-faceted position, you will contribute to driving Numab’s projects towards and through clinical development. You will be responsible for bioanalytical assessments and exploratory biomarker analyses of our multispecific antibody-derived therapeutic proteins by applying methods from a variety of disciplines.
Your Responsibilities :
1. Designing, developing, and validating assays, and performing sample analysis using biological techniques for PK, PD, and immunogenicity of antibody-derived proteins following SOPs and guidelines.
2. High-quality data processing, evaluating results, interpreting data, and drawing relevant conclusions from bioanalytical and biomarker assays to support Numab’s discovery and development projects.
3. Presentation of experiments within team meetings and company presentations.
4. Keep abreast with current regulatory and industry practices in bioanalysis for biologics and contribute to continuous improvement of technical capabilities and capacity of the team (e.g., innovative assay development, data analysis, and automation).
5. Work closely with team members and across functions to outline next steps and help drive the projects to completion.
6. General organization of the laboratories, evaluation, and acquisition of equipment and consumables.
Ideal candidates will have :
1. Completed an apprenticeship as a laboratory technician with several years of experience or higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences.
2. Industry experience in bioanalytics and demonstrated expertise in developing and validating (GLP / GCLP, ICH) PK, PD biomarkers, and immunogenicity (ADA, NAb) assays and cell-based assays.
3. Good understanding of immunology.
4. Initiative, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and curiosity.
5. Highly accurate and team-oriented working style paired with a high sense of quality.
6. Ability to work on diverse tasks independently.
7. Computational and programming experience is a plus (e.g., R or Python).
