Sales Support - Customer Service
KNF Neuberger AG is the sales center for the Swiss market of a successful, international and family-run business. As a leading engineering company with global locations, we specialize in developing, designing, producing and distributing diaphragm pumps for gases and liquids.
The location in Balterswil hosts our employees who contribute to our success. Your role will be crucial in achieving this goal.
Your key responsibilities:
* Process entire orders from entry to invoicing with attention to detail and efficiency.
* Prepare and register customs documents accurately and on time.
* Maintain quantity contracts, consignment stock, and pre-planning to ensure smooth operations.
* Keep customer master data up-to-date and accurate.
* Receive orders and coordinate customer inquiries with sales representatives effectively.
* Support purchasing, production, and repairs as needed.
Your ideal profile:
* A commercial apprenticeship with a focus on sales and customer service.
* Excellent German language skills and good English skills are essential. French is an advantage.
* SAP and Office experience would be beneficial.
* Previous experience in sales processing is a plus.
* You possess a thorough, precise, and reliable way of working.
* Good communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure are necessary.
