We operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and decidedly forward-looking work environment.As part of the development of our activities and to support the growth of our production, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician.Main responsibilities:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and update maintenance plans.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions quickly and efficiently.- Provide technical support to ongoing projects on the production lines.- Participate in external audits (VDA, ISO).- Conduct machine FMEA (risk analysis and critical spare parts).- Use and update the maintenance management software (DIMO).- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify areas for improvement.- Manage the spare parts store and maintenance tools.- Participate in drafting specifications for new machines.Profile:- Maintenance technician or equivalent title.- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.- Confirmed experience in the maintenance of production lines.- French-speaking, with good knowledge of English (spoken and written).- Grounded mindset, service-oriented, and excellent analytical skills.- Good knowledge of industrial partners and suppliers related to maintenance.- Proficiency in common tools (MS Office, maintenance software, skills in electricity and mechanics).- Ability to carry out standard mechanics on industrial lines.- A thorough, autonomous person with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.What we offer:- Factory and offices located near Fribourg train station.- 5 weeks of vacation.- Weekday-only working hours, with no weekend work.- Opportunities for training (Bcomp Academy).We would be pleased to receive your complete application at the following address: (email address)To learn more about our company and our values: (email address) jida9e5495aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
