Job Description
As an Actimize Compliance Engineer, you will play a key role in the modernization of the firm's Swiss Compliance Platform. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of Actimize-based solutions that support anti-financial crime initiatives, ensuring robust compliance controls and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Actimize solutions within the compliance and financial crime domain.
Support the upgrade and enhancement of the Swiss Compliance Platform.
Configure and optimize Actimise modules including SAM, AIS, RCM, and ActOne.
Collaborate with compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a mission-critical environment.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Actimize development and implementation.
Strong expertise across Actimize modules such as SAM, AIS, RCM, and ActOne.
Experience working with Windows Server environments and relational databases (preferably MySQL).
Solid understanding of compliance, financial crime prevention, AML, or regulatory technology environments.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
Experience with additional compliance, AML, or monitoring platforms would be considered a strong advantage.
