Overview
Reporting to the High End Project Manager, the High-End Merchandising Intern will have as main mission to help the department in various projects and support the merchandising part of the High-End business on our market and to create and make at disposal efficient sales tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the logistic High-End flows
o Organize the returns of creations on the logistic platform
o Organize specific transport request between boutiques
o Be responsible for the follow up of all the logistic procedures
o Be the key contact person for logistic topics between logistics team and boutiques
* Be the key contact for High End Creations request
o Inform the boutiques about availability, times and prices of HJ creations
o Relay and support boutiques requests
o Be responsible to form, inform boutiques of the good use of High-End Tools
* Manage all the sales support tools
o Create the product sheets for all client requests
o Request and follow up the after sales packages
o Create and print all the products leaflets for High End events
* Support the High-End Team with stock visualization
o Organize stock rebalancing
o Analyze and organize stock allocation
o Promote available stock to boutiques
You are
* Expert in computer tools (Excel, SAP Gemini, Pega)
* Knowledge of Maison Cartier and the luxury universe
* Speaks English fluently, French or German is a plus
* Analytical and synthetical mind
* Communication skills, Sense of interpersonal skills and service
