As Finance Strategy Analyst, you will support high-priority strategic projects across the organisation from a Finance standpoint. In this role, you will analyse business performance, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of forward-looking strategies that align with the Bank's long-term objectives.
YOUR CHALLENGE
* Analyse business challenges, market trends and operational results to provide data-backed recommendations
* Develop and present strategic solutions through presentations, reports, and workshops
* Conduct research, financial modelling and performance analysis to support decision-making
* Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive consensus on key initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and track various initiatives
* Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through leading by example
YOUR PROFILE
* Relevant advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
* Ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions
* Experience in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations for Senior Management
* Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
