Your role
Do you possess knowledge of non-traditional (alternative) investment groups of Swiss Investment foundations and the entire value chain of funds, including legal, risk, investment, and operational aspects? Have you supported product development initiatives from A to Z? Do you want to help us develop new strategic products for Swiss pension funds?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
* develop and structure investment groups for UBS AST Investment Foundations (non-traditional asset classes only like Private Equity, Insurance-Linked strategies, Infrastructure, Swiss mortgages, Real Estate) based on client requirements and thorough product feasibility assessments.
* manage and coordinate front-to-back the set-up of new investment groups as well as product lifecycle events (repositioning, merger, new share classes, liquidation etc.) with all involved stakeholders
* plan, initiate and coordinate all changes of prospectuses and other fund documents triggered by new fund projects, lifecycle activities and regulatory initiatives for investment groups of UBS AST Investment Foundations
* lead and support special regulatory and product related projects or initiatives
* collaborate on the strategic positioning of the UBS AST Investment Foundations together with the executive management of these investment foundations.
* assume general product management tasks related to products allocated to you (e.g. data maintenance, regulatory changes, fund shelf review, process design and review).

Your team
You’ll be working in the Product Structuring Switzerland team located at Europaallee in Zurich. We are a small team responsible for developing and managing Swiss collective investment schemes. You'll interact closely with all stakeholders along the fund value chain to support product development and product lifecycle management.
Your expertise
* extensive experience in the structuring and implementation of alternative investment vehicles (e.g., private equity, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds); a solid understanding of Swiss pension fund investment regulations and the investment foundations (AST / Anlagestiftungen) environment is strongly valued; demonstrated practical experience in this area is considered a strong asset, though a strong interest and willingness to deepen expertise will also be considered
* in-depth knowledge of the value chain in the context of Portfolio Management, Fund Management, Fund Administration and Regulatory Requirements (knowledge in the area of BVG BVV 2 and ASV is required)
* sound investment know-how (e.g. CFA)
* Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or related field
* excellent project management skills to manage large projects with multiple stakeholders
* proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail
* collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
* excellent communicator with high standards for client service
* fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and very good English are a must; French will be considered a plus.
