Responsibilities
1. Support procurement processes across all Carve-out phases including due diligence, planning and execution
2. Ensure smooth transition and integration of systems, services and suppliers
3. Develop and manage strong relationships with key vendors and service providers
4. Lead negotiations and manage supplier performance and compliance
5. Conduct strategic sourcing and supplier selection based on quality, cost and reliability
6. Manage contract creation, negotiation and lifecycle governance
7. Perform data analysis to identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
8. Assess, monitor and mitigate procurement-related risks
9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Automation, Quality, Finance, Legal and MRO
10. Maintain procurement KPIs and develop data-driven performance reports
Profile
11. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
12. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage
13. Experience in indirect procurement, ideally in CDMO or pharma environments
14. Experience in Carve-out or Divestment activities
15. Extensive knowledge in procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor and contract management
16. Proven track record in managing procurement streams within business divestments
17. Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
18. Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills
19. Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP tools and MS Office
20. Strategic thinker, highly organized, adaptable, resilient and collaborative in team settings
