Job Title: Relationship Manager (Hunter Role)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team in Switzerland. This role is designed for a proactive and results-driven individual with a proven track record in acquiring new clients and managing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) from the Central Asia region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients from Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized wealth management solutions tailored to their needs.
* Market Expertise: Stay informed about the economic, political, and cultural trends in Central Asia to effectively advise clients and identify new business opportunities.
* Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a book of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investment advisors, legal, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive and compliant wealth management services.
* Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the firm's presence and reputation in the Central Asia market.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Extensive experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related field, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
* Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Central Asia market and its unique characteristics.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the Central Asia region is a plus.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are advantageous.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
