Position
Our team's purpose is to ensure the optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability of measuring tools and testing equipment. By doing so, we enable our partners to enhance operational efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure safety and compliance. Through the global ASPIRE program, we are defining and deploying our future ERP solution based on SAP S/4 HANA, driving simplified and harmonized global business processes.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of equipment master data, monitoring status updates, and supporting partner functions for calibration and maintenance requests.
* Support preparation activities for data migration load cycles in close collaboration with local Equipment Management partners.
* Assist in monitoring maintenance and calibration orders, reviewing certificates, and drafting non-conformity reports when deviations occur.
* Support the creation of end-to-end (E2E) test case scenarios by collaborating with cross-functional departments across the ION network.
* Help identify training needs and proactively assist in the creation of training materials for Equipment owners and managers.
* Assist the Maintenance team regarding the transition of Mobile Maintenance into the ASPIRE platform, including basic cost and time-optimization analyses.
* Coordinate small team meetings, prepare presentation materials, and help improve basic departmental operations (e.g., archiving systems, documentation libraries).
Qualifications
* Full-time internship requiring a 40‑hour/week commitment.
* Currently enrolled or graduated within the last 12 months in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or a related discipline).
* Strong attention to detail with an interest in data management, process mapping, and ERP systems (exposure to SAP is a plus, but not required).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
* Eager to learn about the Roche organization, global supply chains, and quality compliance frameworks.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional local language skills (e.g., German) are an asset.
* Due to regulations non‑EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university as part of the application documents, stating that an internship is mandatory.
