In this role you will: - Specify, design, and implement the RF firmware for the next wave of productivity, gaming, mobility products and related platforms. - Develop and optimize the RF sequencing and RF processing algorithms. - Work with systems, RF silicon designers and IC designers to define RF transceiver architecture, optimize for power. - Verification of implemented firmware as well as investigations of critical RF issues in a cross-functional HW/FW working environment. - Validate your work, write production code, and automated tests. - Prototype and show your ideas. - Engage with colleagues in a multi-sites & multicultural environment (US, Switzerland, Taiwan) Your profile For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: - 10+ years in a firmware engineering role within product development. - Strong knowledge of Bluetooth and/or 2.4GHz ISM band. - Experience with USB. - Fluent in embedded firmware in C/C++ including test and debug. - Practically minded with strong problem solving skills. - Strong technical documentation skills. - Fluent spoken & written English. In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include: - Experience in signal processing. - Knowledge of audio Codec. - Experience with Ultra Wide Band.
