The successful candidate will drive business analysis activities, coordinate project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Front Office, Operations and IT to implement system and process improvements. /p pThe role requires strong stakeholder management skills, hands‑on experience within banking credit environments, and the ability to communicate fluently in both bGerman /b and bEnglish /b (strong preference). /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 3–5 years of experience within Credit Risk Management in a banking or financial services environment /li liHands‑on experience with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools and/or loan management platforms /li liStrong understanding of credit risk processes, data structures, data flows and data quality principles /li liExperience identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues within complex systems /li liProven ability to analyse business processes and convert requirements into practical solutions /li liExperience delivering projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies /li liStrong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Excel /li liExperience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools /li liGood SQL skills with the ability to write and interpret queries against structured datasets /li liProfessional certifications such as PMP, CBAP or SAFe are considered advantageous /li liFluency in English mandatory; strong German a big plus /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pPlease note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
