MISSION
To enable sustainable revenue growth by supporting sales operations, enhancing client experience, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients and internal teams through accurate reporting, market analysis, and disciplined execution.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in developing and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Support the team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating sales activities
* Participate in client calls, meetings, and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
* Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, KYC) to deliver seamless service to all stakeholders
* Assist and prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for management
* Support client onboarding processes including documentation and internal coordination
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
* Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve sales processes and customer experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
* Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or any related discipline
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, positive mindset with a willingness to learn
* High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international business environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
