Tasks
* Designing medium voltage frequency converter systems according to project specifications (rectifier intermediate circuit inverter)
* Providing documentation such as Single Line & Control Diagrams, Bill of Material, Detail Specification, Cable Specification etc.
* Specifying components in and around frequency converters: CTs, VTs, capacitors, diodes, thyristors (IGBT or IGCT), transformers.
* Leading technicians in manufacturing MV-Drives.
* Active contribution for product improvements and inter‑team exchange.
Requirements
* Automation or Electronics Technician with ongoing or completed higher education (HF/FH or University) in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in engineering of MV and/or HV systems including Switchgear, Transformer, Converter/Rectifier, Motors or similar loads.
* Experience in schematic design using EPLAN; AutoCAD is an advantage.
* Comfortable with challenging customer meetings and technical discussions.
* Ability to communicate in English; German is a plus.
* Valid work permit in Europe.
