We are looking for you to join our new store on Spalenberg in Basel: a charismatic, open personality with a sense of style, leadership, and customer experience—ideally with a connection to Basel.
Your mission
You make the store a place where customers not only shop—they enjoy staying, coming back, and recommending
and RRREVOLVE to others.
* Lead and develop your team: You provide clear direction, coach at the POS, motivate, and build a strong team.
* Store Experience & Visuals: You ensure an inspiring appearance—sales area, organization, product presentation, and shop windows.
* You actively support merchandise management on a seasonal basis: reordering bestsellers, returning slow sellers, and providing important input to the purchasing department regarding customer requests.
* Campaigns & local activations: You implement POS campaigns and contribute ideas for Basel—collaborations, community, promotions.
* Customer concerns: You resolve complaints professionally and document them clearly.
* Processes under control: goods receipt, inventory, cash management—structured, reliable, to the point.
What you bring to the table
* Training in retail, ideally with a focus on fashion/lifestyle.
* Experience as a branch manager/store manager
* Sales flair, a confident manner, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
* A sense of style, quality, and presentation; you have an eye for detail and the store as a whole.
* Interest in sustainability (materials, production, labels—you don't have to know everything, but you should be willing to learn).
* Very good German, good English; other languages are a plus.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and technical understanding.
* You are flexible, reliable, and enjoy change—because retail is dynamic.
