Hotel Silberhorn & Spa, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable A la carte Chef (m/f/d) to join our team for the current summer season.
Key Responsibilities
* Independent management and organization of your kitchen station
* Preparation and execution of the daily mise en place
* Creative processing and presentation of high-quality products
* Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
* Coordinating with the kitchen team during service
* Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards
Requirements
* Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ or equivalent)
* Professional experience in a similar position
* Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills
* German language skills; additional languages are welcome
* Enjoyment of varied tasks and working in a team
* Passion for the hotel and gastronomy industry
