We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Territory Growth Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, understanding their requirements, and developing solutions that meet their needs. This is a home-office based position with an estimated 50% traveling time.
This role requires effective sales strategies, continuous scanning for new prospects, and providing updates via CRM on account and conversion status. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial market, preferably through a channel model.
Responsibilities include managing complex accounts, developing product and solutions training for customers and distributors, and demonstrating high team engagement and alignment to company values. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a self-directed manner are also essential.
The successful candidate will have a university degree or equivalent experience, ideally 3+ years of sales experience, and demonstrated skills in managing multiple tasks/projects. They will also be able to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
