Vacancy: Sales Manager (f/m/x) - We are looking for a Sales Manager (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client in the IT industry.
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.
Missions
* You will lead and coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* You will develop effective sales strategies and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* You will create and oversee strategic sales plans in collaboration with the management team.
* You will define sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on results.
* You will generate and close new sales opportunities, contributing directly to the company's sales efforts.
* You will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of activities.
Requirements
* You have a university degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field.
* You have 5 years of significant experience in sales management, preferably in IT services.
* You are proficient in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and IT tools related to sales management.
* You can work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
* You have advanced skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
* You possess excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
* Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
