Responsibilities
1. Technical coordination of the operative Automation team working with Siemens and Allen Bradley
2. Synchronisation with peers (Team Lead and Functional Coordinators)
3. Encouraging collaboration beyond the line (across the whole organization)
4. Lead and control the execution of specific strategic projects
5. Scheduling of engineers to fulfill demand of resource
6. Contributing to execution and improvement of processes and work instructions
7. Contributing to plan and comply with the department’s budget
8. Executes and monitor the strategy and translates it to the team on an equal footing
9. Derives team goals from the strategy and accordingly sets priorities and manages resources at a detailed level
10. Approve costs and time requests in SAP (invoices, expenses, reported hours)
11. Active involvement in the recruiting process
12. Responsible for the personal development of employees incl. performance management
13. Collaboration on operational project work (< 25%)
Hardskills
14. Engineer FH/HF with specialization in Electrical Engineering or Automation
15. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Plant Engineering, preferably with a pharmaceutical role background
16. At least 1 year experience in a direct or indirect leadership role
17. Knowledge in GMP
18. Experience in working in cross-functional teams and process optimization
19. Good user knowledge of Siemens (Step 7/TIA) and/or Allen Bradley controls
20. Safe handling of MS-Office and IT systems
21. Business fluent in English, German B2 required
