Job Description
As a Banking Specialist in the back office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and processing of banking operations, with a strong focus on Corporate Actions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting day-to-day back office activities with a focus on Corporate Actions processing and reconciliation
* Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of financial transactions in accordance with internal and external guidelines
* Acting as an internal liaison between various departments to support client needs and operational efficiency
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of back office workflows
* Maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Providing ad-hoc support in projects related to systems, process automation, or regulatory updates

Key Requirements:
* Initial professional experience in a bank's back office, ideally within Corporate Actions
* Familiarity with the Avaloq Core Banking System is highly advantageous
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
* High level of personal drive, flexibility, and eagerness to learn and develop
* Excellent team spirit, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and confidently in a complex operational environment
* Fluency in German is essential; good command of English is required; additional languages are a plus
