We are seeking a passionate and skilled electrical engineer with a dedication to exceptional customer service to join our team as a Service Engineer. Experience in eMobility is not mandatory; a passion for innovation and sustainability is essential.
How you’ll make an impact
Perform service activities for Grid eMotion Flash or Fleet projects, including commissioning, troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning and troubleshooting processes.
Provide detailed technical reports and documentation to customers and stakeholders.
Train customers in preventive and corrective maintenance, and establish related documentation.
Support the Technical Product Owner with feedback and solution improvements; participate in quality troubleshooting activities.
Plan, design, and implement retrofits to upgrade existing Grid eMotion Flash or Fleet projects to meet evolving customer needs.
Collaborate with customers to assess requirements and develop retrofit solutions.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, including site commissioning.
Competency in drives, automation, and PLC software is beneficial.
Experience in protection, controls, and power electronics for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English and French.
Ability to work independently and within a team on diverse projects.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30-40% of the time.
