Tasks

How you contribute to us
* Central contact point for customers, partners and field service in all service matters related to the solar folding roof
* Receiving service and support requests (phone, email, ticket system), processing them and complete documentation
* Planning and coordination of deployments of internal service technicians as well as external partners and ensuring smooth processing
* Advising our customers in service, conducting initial technical clarifications and developing solutions in cooperation with the service management
* Creation and management of service orders, cost estimates and invoices
* Responsibility for spare parts management (ordering, disposition, tracking)
* Support in emergency deployments on site as well as participation in system monitoring (monitoring and fault analysis)
* Regular reporting to the Head of Service
* Active participation and continuous optimization of service processes and standards
These qualities characterize you
* Commercial or technical basic training with experience in internal service, after-sales or technical support (ideally solar, automotive, mechanical engineering or electronics)
* Good technical understanding as well as affinity for mechatronic and electrical systems
* Confident handling of ERP/CRM systems and careful, structured documentation
* Very good German skills as well as clear and friendly communication in spoken and written form
* Solution-oriented, structured and independent working style with interface competence between customer and technology
* High customer and service orientation as well as ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
* Team-oriented personality with hands-on mentality and willingness to support on site in emergencies and system monitoring if necessary
