Responsibilities: - Address and resolve basic SAP related incidents and service requests. - Act as a liaison between users and senior SAP team members. - Implement small-scale enhancements and fixes in SAP (ABAP or other relevant technologies). - Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quick solutions. - Perform routine SAP BC tasks such as user management, transport handling, and system monitoring. - Support system performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Design, build, and maintain SAP roles and authorization concepts. - Manage user access and authorization assignments. - Ensure compliance with security policies and SoD principles. - Work closely with senior developers and consultants to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain clear documentation of support activities and developments.
