Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead the design, execution and optimization of our marketing automation initiatives.
* Drive the marketing automation roadmap aligned with business goals within the GMCE organization.
* Design and implement automated campaigns for communication, lead nurturing, scoring, lifecycle management and re-engagement.
Strategic thinking and hands-on experience are essential to drive personalization and dynamic content strategies across channels (email, SMS, social messaging).
Campaign Management
* Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing and content teams to develop multi-touch campaigns.
* Optimize lead flows, forms and profiling to maximize lead capture.
Lead Enablement & Collaboration
* Provide guidance and training on automation best practices.
* Collaborate with Sales, IT and Service teams on lead handover and reporting.
Key Qualifications
* 8+ years in marketing automation with 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
* Hands-on experience with one or more marketing automation platforms.
* Strong understanding of lead scoring, customer journeys and funnel metrics.
* Experience with CRM platforms and campaign reporting.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience in B2B enterprise, healthcare or technology sectors.
* Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and global compliance regulations.
Soft Skills
* Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
* Highly analytical with attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator.
