We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function at Julius Baer, leading end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of positions.
Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer execution.
Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand talent needs and co‑develop targeted, inclusive hiring strategies.
Serve as an ambassador of the Julius Baer employer brand, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Build and maintain talent pools through active networking, social media, and job platforms to meet current and future hiring demands.
Maintain strong collaboration with HR and business partners across all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Proven track record in high‑quality, high‑volume recruitment across diverse roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar HR tools.
Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
