Responsibilities
 * Manage AR daily activities e.g. cash receipts allocations
 * Balance sheet reconciliations
 * Support with Cash Statement preparations
 * Booking accruals and allocations
 * Active participation in monthly and year-end closings and reporting
 * Support the team during audits
 * Involvement in the new ERP implementation project
 * Participate in credit limits and bad debt assessment processes
 * Ensure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)
 * Participate in projects and process optimizations
Your profile
 * Commercial apprenticeship or similar or high school diploma with relevant internships
 * At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within an international environment
 * Very good English skills is a must, both in oral and written, French and / or German desirable. Any other language is a plus
 * Excellent IT Skills (especially in MS Office Excel)
 * Able to work in an international environment and in virtual teams, very well structured, organized, and flexible
