Your ResponsibilitiesIn this key role, you will lead and strategically develop our Customer Service Sales Team. You will directly manage 7 employees and hold overall responsibility for a team of 14. You will oversee four key functional areas and play a significant role in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency:Area Sales – Strategic Customer ManagementDeveloping and maintaining long-term customer relationshipsClose collaboration with our agents and equipment sales teamsLeading contract negotiations with strategic customersPrint Mat SolutionsEnsuring timely delivery of printing mats for flexographic printingCoordinating artwork creation for digital printingService Sales Order ManagementResponsible for processing sales orders for inks, spare components and wear items, repair servicesOptimizing order and delivery processesMaintenance Service CoordinationPlanning and organizing maintenance servicesActing as the interface between customers and supportIn this role, you report directly to the Head of Customer Service.
