Job Description:

The Trainee is responsible to support the Project Manager and the Project Director for the execution of large investment projects (Project Dolphin in Stein) throughout the implementation of the project, from the design phases to the handover of the installations to the users.
In this role, you will put in place and maintain strong structures (e.g., organization, decision, communication, documentation flows) in accordance with project management, in order to respect SGIE Project management Processes and increase Project Team efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for internal coordination of project tasks to relieve the CAPEX project manager's workload.
2. Be responsible for specific tasks of the project (e.g., small package of equipment, workshops responsibilities, reporting to management) to support the Project Manager or Team.
3. Participate in the preparation of project reporting (charts for KPIs, collection of information).
4. Develop and maintain Project SharePoint to establish strong processes for the administrative aspects of the project (communication center for internal team and external partners, meeting minutes, actions list, etc.).
5. Organize internal and external workshops (technical, scheduling coordination, etc.) and support team members to establish agendas, meeting minutes, actions lists, etc.
6. Participate and support regulatory inspections and customer audits.
7. Coordinate Technical Change Request tasks/activities considering all the stakeholders in the project timelines.
Key requirements:
1. Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc. in the field of project management, engineering, mechanical, chemical, or a related field.
2. Technical knowledge in chemical and/or pharmaceutical engineering is a plus.
3. Experience in SharePoint or website management.
4. Experience in cGMP environment is a plus.
