Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage quality issues arising from all global markets.
* Analyze quality-related data and create dashboards to ensure transparent reporting of quality KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with international sourcing teams, production and quality teams, and R&D teams.
* Take ownership of product-related quality topics throughout the entire product lifecycle.
* Lead, coordinate, and follow up on CAPA activities (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
* Collect, analyze, and assess defective products from global markets.
* Support quality issue resolution related to new products and product launches.
* Conduct strategic groundwork to improve overall quality performance.
* Continuously develop and optimize quality processes and standards.
* Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions.
* Consider and manage quality topics within a complex global logistics setup.
Qualifications
* First practical experience in the apparel or textile industry, ideally within a Quality function.
* Solid understanding of the apparel/textile lifecycle, including product development, production processes, supply chain, and sourcing.
* General knowledge of clothing and textile materials, construction methods, and manufacturing standards.
* Strong product and material knowledge within consumer goods is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
* Business Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
* Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
* Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
