What You Will Do: Lead the implementation and optimization of printer services with external providers
Stabilize printing services and create insightful reporting dashboards
Support the IS Infrastructure team in service management and small IT projects
Coordinate tickets and manage high-severity incidents as Manager on Duty
Locally manage global IT initiatives and run small virtual server environments
Contribute to continuous process improvement and project management efforts
What We Are Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Infrastructure Service Management
Experience with printer contract and service provider management
Knowledge of server and storage systems operations
Proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
Project management skills
Education & Certifications: IT Infrastructure or Project Management background
ITIL or similar certification
Key Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration
Process-oriented and analytical
Independent, target-focused, and proactive
Technical Tools: Microsoft 365 environment
ServiceNow or equivalent
Languages: Fluent German (written and spoken)
