Senior management assistant – credit risk management 80-100% (w/m/d)

Responsible for enabling the executive to function at their best, by performing a variety of administrative and logistical related tasks.

YOUR CHALLENGE

1. Act as first point of contact for internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and external clients / partners

2. Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

3. Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

4. Organize internal and external meetings including telephone and video conferencing with a large number of stakeholders

5. Plan and manage business trips including travel planning such as flights, hotels, transfers and expense reports

6. Research, support and manage smaller projects and prepare of content for miscellaneous topics

7. General administrative tasks & updating various documents such as credit policies or the credit homepage

YOUR PROFILE

8. Commercial degree (KV) or equivalent, further education as Executive Assistant would be considered as a strong asset

9. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment

10. Discreet and trustworthy individual with absolute dedication to confidentiality

11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

12. Ability to communicate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

13. Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

14. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

15. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

16. Attention to detail and problem solving skills

17. Proficient user in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
