Responsible for enabling the executive to function at their best, by performing a variety of administrative, logistical and project management related tasks.
YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Act as first point of contact for internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and external clients / partners
2. Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
3. Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
4. Organize internal and external meetings including telephone and video conferencing with a large number of stakeholders
5. Plan and manage business trips including travel planning such as flights, hotels, transfers and expense reports
6. Research, support and manage smaller projects and prepare content for miscellaneous topics
7. General administrative tasks & updating various documents such as credit policies or the credit homepage
8. Prepare and coordinate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review and decision-making
9. Provide administrative assistance for overall department needs
YOUR PROFILE
10. Commercial degree (KV) or equivalent; further education as Executive Assistant or in Business Administration would be considered a strong asset
11. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment, preferably within banking, risk management or finance
12. Discreet and trustworthy individual with absolute dedication to confidentiality
13. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Ability to communicate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
16. Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
17. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
18. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
19. High level of attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities
20. Proficient user in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems is desirable
21. Experience in handling business-critical data and producing management-level reporting and analytics
22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
