The position is 100% full‑time, permanent, and starts immediately. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit, ensuring all campaigns launch accurately and on schedule. /liliMonitor performance daily and adjust targeting, bids, and creatives to drive ROI and meet key performance goals. /liliDesign and implement scalable campaign structures across platforms, ensuring consistency and efficiency as activity grows. /liliBuild and manage automated rules, bulk operations, and process workflows within ad platforms and third‑party tools to reduce manual effort and increase output. /liliOwn and enforce campaign naming conventions, taxonomy frameworks, tracking set‑up, and data hygiene standards across all platforms. /liliDevelop and maintain clear operational playbooks, SOPs, and campaign set‑up documentation to enable consistency across the team. /liliImplement and lead pre‑launch QA processes to catch errors before campaigns go live. /liliEvaluate, implement, and manage paid social tools and platforms, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency. /liliPartner with campaign managers, analytics, and marketing operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build solutions that enable the broader paid social team to scale. /liliSupport the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring campaign data is structured correctly at the source. /liliDesign structured testing protocols for audiences, placements, and campaign set‑ups, ensuring experiments are run cleanly and results can be trusted. /li /ulh3Required Skills and Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 3 years of experience in paid social with a strong focus on campaign operations, process improvement, or marketing technology. /liliExperience managing campaigns with average monthly budgets of 100K USD or more across major platforms. /liliDeep working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including bulk editing tools, automated rules, and API‑level features. /liliProven ability to design and implement scalable systems, processes, and frameworks that improve team efficiency and data quality. /liliComfortable working with product feeds, audience data, tracking pixels, UTM structures, and platform integrations; experience with Smartly.io, GA4, or similar platforms is a strong plus. /liliExceptional accuracy and thoroughness in campaign set‑up, QA, and documentation. /liliStrong communication skills, translating operational complexity into clear guidance for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliDiscounts on EF programs for staff and staff friends and family. /liliFree use of EF Hello, a premium language‑learning app. /liliTuition reimbursement for continued education. /liliOpportunities for domestic and international travel. /li /ulpEF is an equal‑opportunity employer.
