Your Role & Responsibility:
* Supporting the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the ergo technical system requirements.
* Developing the technical basis for the creation of project orders.
* Analysing the overall context of business processes, organisational structures, IT and material resources and identifying weak points.
* Eliciting, reviewing and documenting the technical needs and expectations of organisational units in their project plans; developing solution proposals and decision bases based on the recorded requirements.
* Developing proposals for optimisation options in terms of structural and process organisation.
* Translating business requirements into ICT requirements.
* Processing change requests from clients and project committees and preparing the relevant decision-making basis for further action.
* Preparing quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements.
* Evaluating and validating operational solutions with regard to the project specifications.
* Creating test cases; assessing and supporting user tests.
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and presenting the results of this communication.
Job requirements
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
* 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
* Hermes Advanced
* CPRE (IREB) or equivalent.
* Fluent German and English skills.
* French is a big plus
