Job Description
1. Financial Management & Reporting:
2. Analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) per IFRS and Swiss GAAP.
3. Develop financial models and dashboards for performance analysis.
4. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Budgeting & Forecasting:
6. Lead the annual budgeting process and present to senior management.
7. Manage regular forecasting, providing updated projections and variance analysis.
8. Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals.
9. Internal Controls &pliance:
10. Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
11. Manage external audits and liaise with auditors.
12. Monitor financial risks and implement control mechanisms.
13. Strategic Financial Planning:
14. Provide insights to support strategic decisions and growth.
15. Conduct profitability analysis for business segments, products, and regions.
The Successful Applicant
16. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
17. Minimum of seven years of experience as a controller, with a focus on international operations.
18. Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting
19. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (, SAP, Power BI, Oracle, or similar).
20. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in creatingplex financial models.
21. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
22. Strong leadership andmunication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
23. Fluency in German and English, French skills are a big plus
